Chief Executive Officer

Chad is the founder and driving force behind PTZPros.com and our mission of quality, service and price. With over 15 years in an executive role, half as CEO, Chad has received awards for innovation and leadership in technology from CNN, Fortune Small Business, and the United States Senate.  Chad is a State of Nevada Low Voltage Contractor, holding both legal and technical qualifications. In Chad’s previous role he served as Chief Information Officer of a company that achieved #12 on the INC 500 list, and was responsible for implementing Post 9/11 security measures across 24 airport locations including surveillance and student tracking.

Steve is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with a focus on technology and aviation. Steve has been a registered CPA since 1982.Steve attained his MBA with honors from Regis University in 2004. He is currently CEO of Shining Star Equities, which funded and acquired a private FAA certified airport, multiple aircraft, and acquired two technology companies.  Two of his previous companies where he served as CFO achieved listings on the INC 500 list multiple years with one achieving a #12 ranking. Steve spent 11 years as CFO of a publicly traded specialty electronics contractor that included contracts such as the Denver International Airport $18,000,000 fire alarm contract, and multiple Air Force and Federal Prison facilities. During his tenure the company achieved over $50,000,000 in international sales.

Executive Vice President of Technology

With over 12 years as a Senior UNIX Engineer Justin’s technology experience to the management team is invaluable. Prior to joining the PTZPros.com management team was Senior Engineer of PC911, a boutique IT and Low Voltage Provider, where he managed and supervised the installation of physical security deployments for both publicly traded and privately held corporations. His leadership skills were key in managing the team that provides all technology services for a contract client network of over 25 companies in over 45 locations around the world. Preceding that he was the Unix Systems Engineer for a mission critical secure financial system that provided 750,000 data transactions to over 50 clients across the United States. He was the Senior Unix Engineer on the initial PCI Compliance team for a processor that handled over $24 billion in transactions annually.
